A moment is a short plan that represents what you want to do, where, and when. For example: Food & Drink in Istanbul between Feb 1–5. Moments are the foundation of all connections on Qapl.

No. Qapl is not a dating app. Connections are based on shared interests, time, and place — not swiping or profiles. Every connection starts with a clear purpose.

When you find someone interested in the same moment, you can send a connection request. Once it's accepted, you can chat and coordinate together. You only need to connect once — future shared moments appear automatically.

We encourage respectful and responsible interactions. Use in-app chat, meet in public places, and trust your judgment. Qapl is designed to help you connect, but how you share a moment is always your choice.

Free users can keep one active moment at a time. With Qapl Plus, you can create and keep multiple active moments.

When your subscription ends, you can keep one active moment. Any additional moments will be paused and can be reactivated if you upgrade again.

No. Once you're connected with someone, you don't need to send another request. If you share another moment, it will simply appear as a new shared context.

No. Chat is available only after a connection request is accepted. This helps keep conversations intentional and respectful.

Qapl is free to download and use. Free users can create one active moment and send up to 3 connection requests per week. For unlimited moments and requests, you can upgrade to Qapl Plus.

Qapl works in cities around the world. Availability depends on where people are creating moments. We're continuously expanding as more users join.
